TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This is a professional Massage Therapy clinic and as such you are asked to give information about your health and medical history so that treatments can be planned to suit your personal requirements.
    - All information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be given out to anyone without the clients permission.
    - Any medical/health information withheld by the client may affect the treatment provided and may harm the client if treatment is contraindicated.
    - Please discuss with the therapist any concerns you may have regarding the information requested.
     

  2. As treatment is 'hands on' it would be appreciated if you would advise the therapist of any contagious or infectious conditions or skin problems that could harm or infect. It is recommended that the client cancels any appointment suffering from a contraindication (e.g. fever, flu, alcohol/drug influence, unapproved conditions by your physician, first trimester of pregnancy etc)
     

  3. As a professional business the therapist reserves the right to refuse their services if it is deemed necessary due to safety or health reasons.
    -I appreciate your business and take pride in offering professional care during my treatments. It is important to me that you provide any feedback regarding your treatments so that I can provide you with the most effective treatment. e.g. pressure used, specific treatment applications preferred etc
     

  4. All treatments offered are strictly non sexual services. Inappropriate behaviour, comments or suggestions will result in immediate termination of your session, payment will be collected in full and any future appointments will be denied.
     

  5. I reserve the right to decline massage bookings and/or treatments without any obligation to provide any reason for doing so.
     

  6. Payment to be made in full at time of appointment.
    Options of payment are cash, debit or credit card. Failure to pay will result in being reported to Debt Collectors.
     

  7. In case of cancellation within 24 hours 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
    Cancellations on the day will result in 100% of the fee, vouchers will be voided.
     

  8. Arriving late will mean less time for your appointment, so please ensure you arrive with some time to spare so that you can relax before your treatment. I cannot keep your appointments any longer than 20 minutes. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the full amount of the booked treatment. This is to compensate the Therapist for time lost that could have otherwise been filled with another client. 
     

  9. GDPR as of May 2018:
    To receive treatments, personal information must be collected to ensure all clients get the best care.
    - All emails and online consultation forms are held securely on a password or fingerprint protected device. I, Isabelle, am the sole therapist and no-one other than me has access to these devices.
    - Paper consultation forms and notes are held securely in a locked room to which only I have access.
    - Any correspondence between myself and my clients (email, text, phone calls, Facebook) is done via a password or fingerprint protected device, to which only I have access.
    - I am very appreciative of all my clients taking the time to complete a consultation form and stay in touch with me and I will never share your details with anyone.
    - I will only contact you with information regarding Purely Massage Derry and associated matters, and will never send spam to you    .
