  • What should I wear?
As this is a professional therapeutic massage practice you will be required to keep your underwear on at all times and all areas that aren't being worked on will be covered under the sheets. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and be charged at full costs.
  • Do I need an appointment?
Yes, bookings are necessary. You can book in advance or get in contact on the day to find out if there might be a cancellation that might have become available at short notice.
  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, they are issued online via WhatsApp or E-mail. (If you wish you can print them at home)
  • Can you treat several people at the same time?
No. As I am self employed I can only treat one person at a time.
  • What type of treatment do I need / will I be sore
Each treatment is tailored to your needs and I will assess your needs with you before and during your treatment. If your muscles aren't used to regular massages you might get a bit sore within 24 hours after your treatment, however this will ease up within 48 hours and you'll find your mobility will improve. (Just like working out at the gym, massage acts like a passive muscle workout and depending on your stress levels, muscles can sometimes be a bit 'moody' too and respond differently.)
  • Where can I park?
There is free parking right outside the building.
  • How often should I book a treatment?
Everybody is different and there is no straight forward answer to this. You usually get more out of a treatment if you stay on top of things by scheduling regular sessions every 4-6 weeks. Depending on your job or exercise routine you might also prefer to book once a week or fortnight. For acute pain or specific treatments (i.e. Sciatica or frequent headaches) sometimes one or two treatments can be sufficient.
  • How do I make an appointment?
Currently, the only way to make an appointment is via WhatsApp, text message or email. If you are a new client you will be required to pay a deposit of €40 / £33 in advance of your first appointment and fill in a Medical Consultation Form.
  • What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible (either in reply to your booking confirmation email or via text message). I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you would like to avoid paying for a session you cannot attend, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. There are two reasons for this - Firstly, I have other clients that may be desperate to get an appointment and secondly, it's my livelihood. Without enough notice to fill the slot, I lose the income and someone else loses a chance to get a treatment.
  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
Please give me at least 24 hours notice. If you can no longer attend an appointment, but wish to come at a different time instead, simply make a new booking within the booking system and send me an email or text message (as previously described under "What if I need to cancel?") to let me know about the change. I will then take your initial appointment out of the booking system.
  • Do you have a Cancellation List?
Yes. If you can't find your preferred appointment time, please feel free to send me a text message to check for any possible cancelations on the day.
  • I have trouble taking the stairs / are you on the ground floor?
I am located on the ground floor.
  • What type of product do you use?
I exclusively use homemade massage wax made from organic coconut oil and beeswax, infused with rosemary, bergamot and lime. Wax allows me better grip on the skin and also doesn't soil fabrics. If you have any allergies, please feel free to bring your own massage oil with you to use on the day.
  • Do you offer Pregnancy Massage?
No, I am not specifically qualified in pregnancy massage.
  • Can I pay by card / do you offer receipts / will my insurance cover my treatment?
You can pay by card or cash and I can forward you a copy of your receipt via email. However, unfortunately insurance companies do not usually cover my treatments.
